Help J&J attract new customers on social by showing they are the perfect balance of form and function. While also aiding in growing 'D2C sales' by 2027.
The team said this was one of the most attractive creative strategy proposals for Born Social which made all the work stand out. I worked along side Will, Senior Strategist, Dan, Data & Insights Director and a talented paid social team.
WHAT I DID
x2 hour long pitches at the Joseph & Joseph HQ, where we presented a roadmap pitch of our plans to create a full overhaul of their brand, creative and social strategy.
The second meeting was with the founding brothers, where we asked some tough questions but ultimately won some new business while aligning in areas we agreed were missing to attract new customers.
RESULT





During these pitch meetings I was able to break down some of the thing Joseph Joseph was doing well with their current outputs, alongside how being so cold, clinical and uninspiring may have viewers feeling that the environments weren't that believable.
I mapped out how we'd apply our 'beautiful utility everyday' direction as a new content strategy. Briefing Beth our creative to mock up how we'd show off their products so followers could relate to the usability of their products in everyday home situations.
